I tried doing more work with the win9x drivers today, and decided it is
somewhat pointless. Instead however I got a much nicer disassembly of the
win2k and nt4 drivers from ida. The disassembly of the win2k driver is
available at http://www.infidigm.net/admaud30.asm.

It looks like nt4 driver has a codebase that is about the same as the
linux binaries, and the win2k driver has a newer one.

Also from looking at the win2k drivers it seems that src_setupchannel is
used less than before. Only called from spdif::programSRCinHW and not
cadbtopology::initialize as in the linux driver.
