Ah, but my hopes were raised by Chris Cox saying "BTW - XCode and GCC is
possible, but a LOT more pain than they're worth." in an Adobe forum.
Chris, I know you're on this list - care to comment? ;)

You can do it - but the binding code for a Mach-0 plugin to work is PAINFUL at best.
(Darrin summarized part of the pain)

Apple did it once for a technology demonstration. But that's all that's been done.
