Hi, long time listener, first time caller...

Although I have no experience with it, I'd like to point out that Arri 
have some interesting information on their website regarding their ICC 
based colour management system for the arrilaser. It seems mainly based 
on video to film transfers but they do mention in their white paper, 
creating 3D LUTS, to simulate printing log data, from their CMS.

Sounds like they have the experience with both film workflows and ICC, 
that might help.
