RE: [Openexr-devel] Conversion between half-float and float

Hey all,

	As a heads up, Apple is adding AltiVec accelerated float<->OpenEXR 
half-float conversion functions to vImage.framework (part of 
Accelerate.framework) for Tiger. The implementation currently in the 
developer seed is a placeholder, but should work. The real thing should 
be going into the build in a few weeks.
