[Openexr-devel] More examples

I need a few more examples to test my code. I have the examples from CVS and 
the memorial example, but I'd particularly like (in rough order of 
preference):
* images that have previews
* images that have some of the new 1.0.7 standard attributes set
* images that have compression other than piz
* images that don't have ARGB 16 bit channels 
* images that don't have increasing Y

Any help appreciated...
