[Om-synth] liblo update, Om 0.2.0 release status, etc

Hi all,

The previous mess with requiring a patched liblo is no more.  Upgrade to
plain liblo 0.22 and everything should work fine (current CVS depends on
it)

0.2.0 release could have happened, but I got a bit sidetracked taking
over the LASH project (which is coming along nicely).

I couldn't resist, so Om 0.2.0 will have LASH support.  Never was very
good at that whole "release early, release often" thing :)

BTW:  With current CVS you can now start the engine /after/ om_gtk and
om_gtk will connect once it shows up.  If anyone has connection
problems, let me know
