Details:

The following was on the signal package INDEX file but both pkg describe and
generate_html remove them so no one was seeing them.

== Wrappers around more general forms ==
* lp2bp = use sftrans
* lp2bs = use sftrans
* lp2hp = use sftrans
* lp2lp = use sftrans
* yulewalk = use yulewalker

== Time frequency toolbox ==
The link
<http://www-isis.enst.fr/Applications/tftb/iutsn.univ-nantes.fr/auger/tftb.html>
on the INDEX file, was broken. Googling for it, turns out that it is now
hosted on non-gnu <http://tftb.nongnu.org/>, and released under GPL. It is
also abandoned, with last release in 2008. The following functions had only a
link for it:

* vco
* modulate
* demod

== SPC toolbox ==
This toolbox <ftp://svr-ftp.eng.cam.ac.uk/pub/comp.speech/tools/spctools>
seems to be a bit abandoned, last release in 1996. It is released under a
non-commercial use only but may be worth contacting the author. The following
functions had links for it:

* pcov
* pmcov
* pmtm
* pmusic
* arcov= use ar_covar (from SPC toolbox)
* armcov= use ar_mdcov (from SPC toolbox)
* prony= use ar_prony (from SPC toolbox)
