Follow-up Comment #38, patch #9084 (project octave):

i made a diff between patch_9084_uitable_20180718.cset and it looks identical
to my version. note for future patches: please remove __init_qt__.cc from the
commit messages.

another question: can anybody confirm the bug reported in comment #33? i still
can observe this bug but wasn't able to track it down in the source code.
apart from this issue (octave sometimes even crashes) the patch is stable and
works very good.
