Follow-up Comment #29, patch #9440 (project octave):

I will be testing removing cups completely by building ghostscript with
--disable-cups.

I think you lost one of your updates, your latest file is back to OpenBLAS
0.2.19.

I hope that lapack is not really needed since we already have OpenBLAS.

At this point I am mostly interested in cleaning up second-order
dependencies.

I am still hoping you or I can find a way to make Qscintilla work with Flatpak
stable. Or maybe this takes long enough that 0.9 or 1.0 become stable.
