Details:

A set of tools for handling digital elevation models in SRTM format with GNU
Octave.

This patch includes the following files:

* srtm3.m
* profile.m
* coverage.m
* mat2stl.m

Providing the following functions respectively:

* srtm3, load STRM3 DEM files
* profile, calculate terrain profiles
* coverage, calculate coverage maps
* mat2stl, convert a matrix to STL surface
