Details:

This patch makes pkg handle and display package documentation in textmode. A
minimal testpackage is also attached for convenience.

Package documentation is assumed to be in doc/octave-<packagename>.info (not
compressed). Should work for global and local installation. Info installation
directory configurable (3rd option of `pkg prefix'; since prefix and
archprefix are also independent and there is no common root prefix). Installed
info filename and directory are noted in the package database file, this is
also used to find the documentation for displaying (but here the '.gz' variant
is also tried).


  pkg doc packagename -> display top node

  pkg doc packagename entry -> index search for entry
