Details:

nl_NL.ts attached.

Some remarks:

- I found that the color selection widgets in Preferences are still
untranslated, although I have provided the translations for similar terms I
found in the nl_NL.ts file.

- The links in the "Experimental GUI info" (that I translated) don't open a
browser. Maybe that's due to my build system (Mageia-2 Linux), I haven't had
time (and won't have time until after Dec 18) to (cross-) build and test on
Windows.
