As Jordi requested, I added the function error_ids to the documentation,
mirroring the section about warning_ids.

I provide and example of use. Since I needed a working example and very little
errors have an ID associated, I modified ov-struct.cc to provide a indexing
error.

By request of Rik, I also added the errors ID that can be found greping the
.cc files. 

If pkg.m is accepted in its new version several more IDs will be included. 

Apply if you find it suitable.

Let me know if the patch can be improved.
