Details:

Hi

some weeks ago I submitted the python function. At the time I was not aware of
some things that were pointed out a few days ago when I submitted narginchk
(patch #7649).

They are:
  * moving the e-mail address from the copyright notice to an authors block (I
left Julian Schnidder on the copyright notice because it was almost copy paste
from the perl function which he wrote)
  * adding the function to some place to the manual source

This patch fixes those 2 small things. I'll try to conform to these standards
in future contributions.
