Line breaks in texts from savannah comment box |

Since some time, the text entered in the comment boxes in the savannah
bug or patch tracker seems to have hard line breaks resulting in badly
formatted and hard readable mail texts in the related mailing lists. Is
there a possibility to use a hard line break only in case of a blank
line?
