GSoC sisotool - new post

Hello everyone,

I just would like to share my new post for the sisotool project: https://eriveltongualter.github.io/GSoC2018/week2.html .

Until this moment, I have done the basic interface with plot functionalities, where the user can choose the desired diagrams (root locus, nyquist, bode). Also, the GUI accept a LTI system using the transfer function model.

I am looking forward for some feedback.
