So let us discuss how to make this happen, first of all where do you think it 
should be hosted?

Options I see are:

* octave.org
* octave.sf.net
* wiki.octave.org

Depends on where you want the list to appear, if it goes on "octave.sf.net" of 
course OF leadrs will be involved.
