4.2 Next Steps

Following the release process outlined at
http://wiki.octave.org/4.2.0_Release_Checklist, we are now on the difficult
step of clearing all bugs identified as must-fix.  But, it seems like a lot
of people have jumped in and started on this task already given the traffic
on the maintainer's list.  Hooray for that.

For a list of bugs that need fixing one can check
http://wiki.octave.org/Bug_Fix_List_-_4.2.0_Release; Or, use Savannah and
the Display Criteria form to show bugs with a severity >=4.
