I think I have to try this in .build/doc/interpreter, right?
There octave.texi does not exist.
Instead, there is some octave.t2d/

During make a lot of warnings come up like:

maybe it is really better to have epstool, but as i said, could not find
it on linux.
Compilation went wrong.
I notified Russel, the author.
