Well, I  saw that C:/Python27 is already in my msys path (probably because I have added it to my windows PATH). I added the C:/Python27/Scripts.
 
Anyway I have uploaded my build libboost_python using gcc on octave-4.1.0+ 32 bit for windows.

Note
lib/libboost_python.dll.a 
is a copy of lib/libboost_python-mgw49-mt-1_61.dll.a

Thanks a lot, I have downloaded it. I'll try to use it to compile pytave and post the results...
