Have you tried clearing your browser cookies? Are you posting from
http or https? I really have no idea why you and others can't post. I
was just able to do all of those things myself. Just in case it was a
connection error, I did it from a French server too.
Savannah underwent a server change last week, but it should have just
been upgraded hardware. Can you perhaps open the Firefox debugger and
show me what you see? Right-click anywhere, pick "inspect this
element" and then the network tab. I would like to see the requests
and responses that your browser is making.
