@oheim, assuming no one grumbles too loudly about these files, maybe we
can re-use the information for your recent Octave-Forge design?
* 100 char <summary> might be nice to have, as sort of medium length
blurb cf., short/long in DESCRIPTION.
* <keywords>
* possibly screenshots?
* not sure about the icons you used.
