Dear Maintainers,The OF documentation page of the communications package indicates : "gf : not implemented".
http://octave.sourceforge.net/communications/overview.html#GaloisFieldsofEvenCharacteristicFrom what I can tell, gf seems to be (at least partially ?) implemented in communications 1.2.0.
