RE: Windows Octave compilation

I'm using mingw32 on windows 7 64-bit.
I have tried to run octave from command line and simply by double click, but
I'm always getting the same error:
"The procedure entry point _ftelli64 could not be located in the dynamic
link library msvcrt.dll"
