For LTFATs point of view of I would like to explain: It is much easier for
us to have our own repository, because we can add/remove developers as it
fits us, without adding more developers to Octave-forge.

We push our main repository to Octave-forge when we release a package, and
not any more than that. It is simply a mirror.
