Macros are pretty fussy things in Texinfo. I tried changing macros.texi so
that the @qcode macro is only ever defined once, but this leads to an extra
space in the info output. So, I think the best thing is just to do what
has been done before and move the qcode macro on to each item and use @asis
for the table. I checked in a changeset for that
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/b06a9768b643).
