I wouldn't categorize this as a blocker. Octave executes correctly, it is
only an outside attempt to use just a few functions from Octave's code base
which is failing.

This is annoying, but doesn't cause any errors or misleading outputs so I
wouldn't make it a blocker.

This one is a blocker. We don't produce the same output as Matlab and
provide no warning that we are doing so.
