Same thing here. There needs to be a way for the IDE to capture things
appearing in the command line window such as

keyboard: stopped in /home/sebald/matlab/debug/test.m at line 3

And IDE programmers should note that there can be link aliases in the file name. For example, I opened something in the "octave" directory, but that's a link and the original file/directory is what appears in the Octave description.
