mat file load error

Hi Guys,

I am using version 3.2.4 on ubuntu 10.10 (64 bit).
Interestingly I could load files  saved on windows 64bit + matlab 7.10
but not all of them.
For example one that I cannot load is of size 1.5 MB so I didn't want
to post it to the list directly but I put on rapidshare.

Does anybody have an idea what's wrong with this?
