I think the cases I replaced were necessary in order to mention MATLAB
compatibility (in allcaps, like the other times it's mentioned in the
manual). Patch attached. Or do you prefer it in the patch tracker?
I'll upload it there in a few days if it looks like it got lost in the
mailing list.
