I finished removing all the deprecated functions from the manual.  We're
2/7 of the way through the checklist
(http://wiki.octave.org/wiki.pl?DocumentationTasks).  Besides the
undocumented function list, there is a need for volunteers to sign up and
review the architecture specific README files in the top-level directory
(README.Cray, README.Linux, etc.)  There is a list on the wiki for that as
well.
