| Yes, that's exactly the dilemma. They're missing from Matlab, but they
| are of the same nature like the rest, which is built into the QR and
| CHOL classes.
If these functions would be added to a class that is already in
Octave, then I think adding the new functions to Octave makes the most
sense, even if they are not part of the core set of Matlab functions.
