Unfortunately, that page is somewhat out of date.  Would someone like
to bring it up to date for the current version of Octave (3.0)?

It seems to be better to change the ML place to the maintainers list and the 
topic.

Unfortunately I'm not a MATLAB user.
But as jwe say, it should be updated to between the current octave and the 
current MATLAB.

I also hope that someone revise here.
