pchip method for interp2

hello,

please consider applying the attached changeset. It implements the
missing pchip2 method into scripts/general/interp2.m,
simplifies the code somewhat, allows extrapolation with "extrap", and
adds more demos.
Also modified is src/DLD-FUNCTIONS/__pchip_deriv__.cc to be able to
operate row-wise.
