| I finally put the files under CVS on octave-forge such that anybody can
| access in case of interest. I then just try to keep the C++ version in sync
| with the shell scripts, when changes occur (which does not happen very
| often). I can live with that.
Maybe it would be better to have them included in the Octave sources
anyway, even if we have shell scripts for POSIX systems and a compiled
program for Windows?
