Octave manual in Japanese

[MASUDA Yutaka]

Dear All,

This is my first post. My name is MASUDA Yutaka and I am a PhD
student in Japan.

I have translated the Octave manual into Japanese. On line manual
(HTML) is now available at:

Some of the chapters are not translated because they are outside
my field.

To achieve the translation, I modified the function definitions
in source files, descriptions in m-files and txi files. (Modified
source files were successfully compiled and the executable
correctly work.)
