Yes, I just found one: freqz is broken for FIR filters in 2.1.73. I 
reported this earlier 
(http://www.octave.org/mailing-lists/bug-octave/2006/87), but I then 
followed it up by noting that it had already been fixed in CVS. I 
assumed that the changes had also been applied to the 2.1.x tree, but 
apparently they haven't. I'm keeping the patch I had for this in the 
Fedora release, so users of that package will not have this problem, but 
it probably should be applied to CVS so that this will be fixed in the 
next 2.1.x release if there is one.
