Hi, note that AC_ARG_WITH is being used incorrectly in configure.in. Since
the default is now --with-fftw, then the help message should say
--without-fftw, which is the command to turn it off. Also, you need to
use $withval so that the user can turn it off or on. The patch below
fixes this.
