Octave 2.1.27 available for ftp

Octave 2.1.27 is now available for ftp from ftp.che.wisc.edu in the
directory /pub/octave/bleeding-edge along with a patch from the
previous version:

Sorry, 2.1.26 was slightly botched and would not compile with
--enable-shared.  I think the problem is fixed now.
