Follow-up Comment #44, bug #56232 (project octave):

Sorry if I insist, but what about if we return a sparse matrix, with exactly
the same number of element different from zeros of the input matrix, with
those elements set to Inf?


invA = spalloc (rows (A), columns (A), nnz (A));
invA (A != 0) = Inf;


The only problem would be the sparse null matrix, again...
