Follow-up Comment #5, bug #56270 (project octave):

'--no-line-editing' just gives me an error:

-q --gui --no-line-editing       master
error: --gui and --no-line-editing are mutually exclusive options


I'll try making a `--disable-readline` build when I have some time later
today.
