Details:

Hi, I hope you can help me. I just installed Octave from
octave-5.1.0-w64-installer (default installation) but it won't start and it
doesn't show any error o notification. It does not start the GUI and neither
the CLI. 

I searched for this error but couldn't find anything like this for this
version (5.1.0).

I already try to reboot Windows and to uninstall and reinstall it but no
change. 

I don't know if there is any log I can look for or anything that give me a
clue of the error's nature . 

Any suggestions are welcome.
