Follow-up Comment #1:
Thanks for the report. I can not reproduce the crash and would like to know
some more details.
* Have you changed the syntax highlighting for octave files?
* Are files opened in the editor when the crash occurs?
* Which columns are shown in the file browser?
In addition, could you please make the following tests?
Please look for the configuration file
C:\users\your_user_name\.config\octave\qt-settings
and make a copy of this file. Then please remove the following entries and try
again if the crash occurs after each removal:
0 In section [filesdockwidget] the line beginning with "column_state"
0 All entries in [filesdockwidget] starting with "show*"
0 The complete section [filesdockwidget]
