Follow-up Comment #8:

This issue is still open, and could be fixed in Octave 5.2. Is someone
interested in writing a change to apply to the stable branch? Or at least
going through the docs and identifying a full list of functions that should
include a link to the "Text Properties" section?

Of the functions mentioned in this report so far, "text" already has the link.
The "title", "xlabel", "ylabel", and "zlabel" functions do not. Should
"clabel" include it? Any others?
