Follow-up Comment #32, bug #55786 (project octave):

Ubuntu 18.04 on WSL,

~$ pkg-config --libs xkb
Package xkb was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `xkb.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'xkb' found

So there is a way to install libxkb or so.
Please tell me.
