Details:

Native builds with MXE Octave fail for Ghostscript.

The attached patch updates Ghostscript to version 9.26. It is heavily borrowed
from mxe.cc. It builds native on Linux and cross-builds for Windows.

It's also necessary to update libidn and automake. If you prefer, I can split
these updates into separate changesets.
