Follow-up Comment #47, bug #53841 (project octave): According to comments in the qt bug reports the files are backwards compatible but I guess its unknown if they tested or just think it is. Forcing it to rebuild would fix it for the normal case - in mxe though, the helpgenerator is not a host created tool like the cross compiled moc, uic etc, so it ends up in that case that is uses whatever the user has installed.
