URL: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?55484> Summary: Dashed line printing is too small with qt toolkit (regression) Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: rik5 Submitted on: Tue 15 Jan 2019 04:37:19 PM PST Category: Plotting with OpenGL Severity: 4 - Important Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Regression Status: Confirmed Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 5.0.1 Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: Printing a figure with dashed lines does not reproduce the figure that is seen onscreen. In the printed version the dashes are very small and close together. This is a regression from 4.4.1, and interestingly does not affect the FLTK toolkit. That is odd since both the qt and fltk toolkit use gl2ps for backend printing. Sample code to reproduce: demo line 1 print tst.png Attached are plots made with 4.4.1 and the current stable branch. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Tue 15 Jan 2019 04:37:19 PM PST Name: line.stable.png Size: 17KiB By: rik5 <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=45982> ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Tue 15 Jan 2019 04:37:19 PM PST Name: line.441.png Size: 16KiB By: rik5 <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=45983> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?55484> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
