Details:

Printing a figure with dashed lines does not reproduce the figure that is seen
onscreen.  In the printed version the dashes are very small and close
together.  This is a regression from 4.4.1, and interestingly does not affect
the FLTK toolkit.  That is odd since both the qt and fltk toolkit use gl2ps
for backend printing.
