Follow-up Comment #13, bug #47480 (project octave): Just one more thing: How can one find out if Octave was built with Java support? I'm asking because there's also a diagnostic function in io (chk_spreadsheet_support.m) that checks for several problems and/or potential problems with spreadsheet I/O.
