Follow-up Comment #2, bug #55418 (project octave):
Thanks for the feedback; I prefer reliable to fast. I marked it as regression
but that's something to look at after the 5.0 release. That said, can you
think of ways to accelerate it? For example, would it help if a redraw was
only performed at the end of the sequence?
